Well it was probably about a year since I started this website and Star Wars Day was one of the first posts in my blog. A lot has changed in the last year and the one major thing is the announcement of the next episode of the Star Wars film series, “Episode VII – The Force Awakens”. It is being directed by Mr J.J. Abrams and was written by him and Lawrence Kasdan, and will be set 30 years after the events of Episode VI – Return of the Jedi. It will feature actors new to Star Wars (Andy Seriks, Oscar Isaac, John Boyega, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley) and a few familar faces including:
- Harrison Ford – Han Solo
- Carrie Fisher – Princess Leia
- Mark Hamill – Luke Skywalker
- Peter Mayhew – Chewbacca/Chewie
- Anthony Daniels – C3PO
