After a hectic Friday evening of driving home for almost 2 hours (for a usually half an hour journey), the snow lay and looked great in Eglinton Park. Well some of it. By the time we got there on Saturday afternoon, the majority was slush especially at the castle and pathways. But we walked past the Tournament Bridge and a lot of the snow was untouched there, so looked great and thought even better in Black and White; the turrets, river and trees are more defined and emphasised. The last time I came to Eglinton Park in the snow, it was practically untouched when it fell in the morning; unfortunately the snow only fell on the Friday evening and was slush by Saturday. Hope to get some more snow again this year and get some more pics!
