You may remember a while back that posted about the collaboration between Stellavie and Julian Rentzsch as they created 3 beautiful black and white watercolour posters celebrating the work and cinematography skills of 3 famous film directors: Alfred Hitchcock, David Lynch and Martin Scorsese.

A few days ago on Fibiz.net it was shown that they have continued their collaboration and created more portraits on 3 more famous directors: Quentin Tarantino (Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Django Unchained), Stanley Kubrick (The Shinning, 2001: A Space Odyssey, A Clockwork Orange) and Tim Burton (Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, The Nightmare Before Christmas).
Stellavie and Julian Rentzsch have stayed consistent with the style they used in the first 3! Each portrait consists of a famous director with iconic images, scenes and characters from their films merged into the portrait (commonly in the shadowed parts of their face); and a white painted quote from the director going over part of the image. Each poster is Giclée printed on textured 190gsm cotton paper using archival museum quality ink.
You can see the new 3 portraits of Quentin Tarantino, Stanley Kubrick and Tim Burton below! If you wish to see my previous post with the portraits of Alfred Hitchcock, David Lynch and Martin Scorsese, click here!
